Experience

What is the average duration of the experience? A single player can book a slot starting from 30 minutes for individual practice.
For group sessions, allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes per player.
Example: for 3 players, expect between 60 and 120 minutes.
Is there food and beverage available on site? Yes, there are two bars and one restaurant on site, offering service directly to the hitting bays as well as a full bar & restaurant experience.
Is there parking available nearby? Yes, a 150-space parking lot is available, including electric charging stations.
Is there a dress code? No specific dress code is required. Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear are recommended.

Ticketing

Can tickets be purchased on site? Yes.
Are tickets refundable or modifiable? Tickets can be modified up to 48 hours before the session.
Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
No refunds will be issued in case of no-show.
Do you offer group bookings? Yes, via a dedicated landing page, as well as by phone or email (contacts to be confirmed).
What is the customer support contact? Barena phone line (to be confirmed) + dedicated email address.

Access & conditions

Should customers arrive exactly on time? Guests are advised to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their session.
In case of late arrival, lost time cannot be recovered.
Is the venue accessible (PRM)? Yes.
Are there any specific rules or prohibited items? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hitting bays.
Can guests take photos or videos? Yes, and it is encouraged. Regular contests are organized for the best photos/videos.
Is there a cloakroom or storage space? Storage areas are available in the hitting bays.
They are not secured – Barena cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

What is the minimum age? 5 years old.
Are there any specific restrictions or recommendations? Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The ground floor is accessible to all.
