In Bordeaux-Mérignac, the bar-restaurant features a rooftop terrace, an independent Green Room, and modular spaces designed to host afterworks, seminars, and private events.

Experience

What is the average duration of the experience? A single player can book a slot starting from 30 minutes for individual practice.
For group sessions, allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes per player.
Example: for 3 players, expect between 60 and 120 minutes.
Is there food and beverage available on site? Yes, there are two bars and one restaurant on site, offering service directly to the hitting bays as well as a full bar & restaurant experience.
Is there parking available nearby? Yes, a 150-space parking lot is available, including electric charging stations.
Is there a dress code? No specific dress code is required. Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear are recommended.
Can I host an event? Yes. Barena hosts private events for groups of all sizes — birthdays, team building, corporate seminars, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more. Get in touch by email (booking@barenagolf.com) or phone (07 45 80 50 32) to discuss your event.

Ticketing

Can tickets be purchased on site? Yes.
Are tickets refundable or modifiable? Tickets can be modified up to 48 hours before the session. Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date. No refunds will be issued in case of no-show. For any exchange or refund request, please contact customer service via this form.
Do you offer group bookings? Yes, via a dedicated landing page, as well as by phone (07 45 80 50 32) or email (booking@barenagolf.com).

I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions? Barena is open year-round, Tuesday to Saturday (see our opening hours in the Practical Info section), so new slots are added every week. If your preferred slot is fully booked, check back regularly on the booking page for newly released availability, or contact us directly to be informed of upcoming openings.

Access & conditions

Should customers arrive exactly on time? Guests are advised to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their session.
In case of late arrival, lost time cannot be recovered.
Is the venue accessible (PRM)? Yes.
Are there any specific rules or prohibited items? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hitting bays.
Can guests take photos or videos? Yes, and it is encouraged. Regular contests are organized for the best photos/videos.
Is there a cloakroom or storage space? Storage areas are available in the hitting bays.
